Launch email list
When you join the Drop #1 / FY26 / Q4 list, Quota Dept. stores your email address, marketing-consent timestamp, signup source, available campaign attribution, referrer, and the unique 20% launch code assigned to your signup. We use this information to send launch and product emails and to honor the Drop #1 / FY26 / Q4 offer.
Team order inquiries
When you submit a team-order brief, Quota Dept. stores the contact name, work email, company, approximate quantity, occasion, optional notes, available campaign attribution, and referrer so we can evaluate and respond to the inquiry. Submitting a team-order brief does not add that email address to the marketing list.
Consent and unsubscribe
Submitting a launch-list form opts you into Quota Dept. launch and product emails. You can unsubscribe from future marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
Site interaction data
Cart contents and campaign attribution parameters may be stored in your browser to preserve your session. Quota Dept. also records limited first-party interaction events such as product views, cart actions, launch-list signups, team-order leads, checkout interest, and voluntary share actions so we can understand which pages and launch channels are working. The event log does not store the email address or free-text form fields.
Before checkout opens
This draft will be updated with final disclosures covering payment processing, fulfillment, analytics, retention periods, user rights, and the configured contact channel before checkout goes live.
